Procedure of Accreditation for Tourist Agency

Applies only for the organized group travelling

1. Tourist agency should send the following documents directly to the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Jakarta, Indonesia, latest until March 15, 2012

2. Document for accreditation :

2.1 Written Request for Accreditation

2.2 Tourism Business License, officially translated to English or Croatian

2.3 Agreement with the legal person in the Republic of Croatia related to the accommodation (for ex. local tourist agency, private or hotel accommodation)

2.4 Agreement with the airline company or other transporters

2.5 Agreement with the Insurance company

2.6 Approximate total number of tourists for the year 2012 which are planned to visit Croatia

2.7 Power of Attorney for the agency representative who will apply for visas at the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Jakarta, Indonesia and take them over, copy of his/ her passport and identity card and colored photo size 3,5 x 4,5 cm with white background.

(Only this accredited representative will be allowed to apply for visas on behalf of the tourist agency. We recommend giving the Power of Attorney to more than one person)

2.8 Extract from the Court Register (not older than 6 months) from the legal person in the Republic of Croatia with whom the tourist agency has the agreement (see point 2.3).

3. Accreditation will be issued for the period of one (1) year.

4. If any above information has been changed, the tourist agency should immediately inform the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Jakarta, Indonesia. Especially regarding following :

4.1 Termination of the agreement with the legal person in the Republic of Croatia (see point 2.3).

4.2 Concluding of the new Agreement with the legal person in the Republic of Croatia (see point 2.3).

4.3 Change of the agency representative (see point 2.7).
